The Rhu are a group of species categorized by their feral behaviour. Seen as violent, temperamental, and rabid these creatures are one of the many creations of the Ethereal Shift. They've taken the form of many native Dylaeran creatures but are fiercely mutated.
Some speculate that the souls of dragons were imprisoned within the bodies of normal animals. The irregular size difference being the catalyst of what drove the creatures mad.
