Having left Have upon the clonclusion of Thirteen Bells, several children of Laozi ended up sailing the waters in the Endless Isles looking for purpose. Deciding to play the rebels and keep loyalty to the Outcast faction, many decided to become pirates and smugglers for the growing faction.
